to cultivate his knowledge and passion about the legal field.
After enrolling in law school, Dan worked as a law clerk for Sam A. Lavorato,
Sr. After completing the bar exam, Dan has been practicing in this community
as a solo practitioner for 9 years, spanning across various practice areas
such as family law, bankruptcy, and criminal defense. He then went on
to, proving his worth as an attorney in an unbelievable upward trajectory
and rate of growth.
A compassionate, capable, and results-driven attorney, Dan strives to deliver
his clients any and everything they require during their time of need.
As of late, he has been primarily focusing his area of practice in family
law and bankruptcy law. An invaluable asset to his clients, colleagues,
and community, Dan works hard to help individuals, small businesses, and
family businesses move past their difficult financial situations through
solutions such as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
During his spare time, Dan particularly enjoys spending time with his wife
of 36 years, Elizabeth, and their four children, Peter, Katy, Andrea Clare,
and Margaret.
